Cindy Lou Warrren

May 9, 1954 — October 17, 2022

Cindy Lou Warren was born May 9, 1954, in El Paso, TX. She passed away on Monday, October 17, 2022, in Davis, at the age of 68 years, 5 months and 8 days. She and Michael Warren were married on December 24, 1993, in Davis.

Cindy grew up in the Del & Midwest City areas, attending high school at Capital Hill. Following high school, she married and started a family. In 1979, she and her husband, Chuck McKee, moved to Davis, where she raised her children. Cindy’s diverse working career included working as a hairdresser, managing restaurants, cooking at Head-Start, and finally at Treasure Valley Casino.

Of all things important in her life, Cindy found being “Nana” was the most satisfying. Her time spent with her grandchildren, which often included playing bingo and wahoo, brought her great joy and happiness. Any time spent with Cindy was always fun for her family. She always went the extra mile to make sure her family was loved, and of course, spoiled.

Survivors included her husband, Michael Warren of Davis; son, Don McKee and wife Darcy of Davis; son, Brian McKee of Pheonix, AZ; daughter, Dana McKee of Slaughterville, OK; son, Casper Warren of Tulsa; son, Michael Warren of Davis; grandchildren, Bea, Adrianne, Nate, & Abbigail McKee of Davis; Katie McKee of Pheonix; and Timothy, Trent, Shannon & Jamie Beesley; and Alyssa, James, Phebe & Porter Warren; and great-grandchildren, Jaxon Stewart, Cash Blue Beesley, Brilynn Beesley, and Autumn Warren.

Preceding Cindy in death was, one son, James David McKee; her father, Clifton D. Ledbetter; mother, Clyda “Corky” (McCormick) Dawson; stepfather, Chester Marvin Dawson.

A memorial service, celebrating Cindy’s life, will be held 10:00 AM, Saturday, October 22, 2022, at the Memorial Free Will Baptist Church in Sulphur, with Brother Randy Chapman officiating.
