Funeral services for Dorothy Faye Warren will be held 11:00 AM, Wednesday, July 30, 2014 at Hale’s Memorial Chapel in Davis, with Pastor Luke Panter officiating. Interment will follow at the Green
Hill cemetery in Davis.

Dorothy was born Feb 27, 1930 in Caney, OK to the late George Cooper & Mary Alice (Morgan) French. She died Saturday, July 26, 2014 in Davis, at the age of 84 years 4 months and 29 days. Dorothy and James Norvell Warren were married in Sept 1948 at Ft Worth, TX. He preceded her in death on Sept 22, 2013.

Dorothy was a 1948 graduate of Granite High School. Early in her marriage she worked as secretary for the Oklahoma City Public School System. In her later years she enjoyed crocheting and embroidering. Dorothy enjoyed collecting various things, including cookbooks and Avon items. She was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include two sons Jeff and Steve Warren, both of Oklahoma City; brother, Max Thornton; sister-in-law, Doris Swicegood of California; one brother-in-law, Willard Warren of Davis; as well as nieces & nephews.
