Howard was born on May 1, 1940 in Guthrie, OK to Eugene & Ola (Howe) Crouch. He departed this life on Apr 17, 2013, to be with the Lord; his parents; son, Johnny Crouch; and granddaughter, Jazlynette Osborn.

Howard was known as a funny man, who loved to tell jokes and stories of his childhood. His hobbies were fixing old and broken watches, as well as, working on old fashion cars. He loved to watch classic movies, cartoons and Kung Fu (Chuck Norris & Bruce Lee). He had a passion for Bald Eagles and was always amazed of how they soared so big with their wings. Every evening at 5:30PM, Howard MUST watch the CBS Evening News with Dan Rather, with no interruptions!!!!! He also enjoyed watching the Dallas Cowboys and the OU Sooners play football. Howard grew up in Guthrie and lived several places, with most of his life being spent in Sulphur, Jacksonville & Paris, TX. He attended Oklahoma School for the Deaf and was a member of the New Life Deaf Fellowship Church.

Howard will be missed by his four children: daughter, Janie Fagan & husband Richard, of Oklahoma City; son, Edwin Carrington & wife Kendal of Washington, IL; daughter Rose, Osborn & husband Duane of Sulphur; and daughter, Joanna Crouch of Lawrence, KS; 10 grandchildren: Billy Crouch, Johnathan Fagan & Kayla Moore, all of Oklahoma City, Theron & Bodey Carrington of Washington, IL, Jane, Jaleesa & Jadelyn Osborn of Sulphur, and Kizzie & Alejandra Crouch of Lawrence, KS; one great-granddaughter, Janette Moore; cousins, Billy & Patsy Gregory; his special friend, Barbara Hayles; as well as many other wonderful friends.
