Margaret Jane Moore

Funeral services for Margaret Jane (Imotichey) Moore will be held 2:00 PM, Thursday, March19, 2020 at the Midway Hill Baptist Church with Pastor Willard McCartney, Jr officiating.

Margaret was born November 16, 1934 in Mill Creek, OK to the late Clarence and Terie (Harris) Imotichey. She died Sunday, March 15, 2020 in Davis, at the age of 85 years, 3 months and 29 days.

Margaret grew up in Mill Creek. She spent 20+ years working at the Southern Oklahoma Resource Center in Pauls Valley as a food service specialist. She then spent nine years working for the Chickasaw Nation, at the Sulphur Senior Site, retiring in 2011. Margaret was all about her family. Nothing in life made her happier than spending time with them. In her spare time, she enjoyed cooking, tending her flowers, playing bingo and shopping. She was an avid OU fan and a member of the Midway Hill Baptist Church.

Survivors include one daughter, Terry E. Woodell & husband Terry of Sulphur; two granddaughters, Michele Tingle & husband Gary of Sulphur and Stacey Stanford & companion Jimmy Chatham of Marietta; four great-grandchildren, Bryson Bolles, Allison Bolles, Joshua Tingle and Kaitlyn Tingle; two great-great grandchildren, Brixxton Bolles and Blakelyn Stewart; three sisters, Edina Williams of Sulphur, Norma McGaha of Davis and Helen Bartlett of Mill Creek; one brother, Clarence Imotichey, Jr of Sulphur; as well as several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Margaret was preceded in death by her husband, H.A. “Pappy” Moore; and two brothers, Louis and Edward Imotichey.

The family will receive friends, Wednesday evening, March 18, 2020 from 5-7PM at the funeral home.
