Private graveside services for Mary Ruth Crawford will be held Monday, November 30, 2020 at the Hennepin Cemetery with Pastor Roger Sims officiating.

Mary was born October 15, 1935 in Saddle Mountain, OK to the late Mildred and Brother Charlie Henderson. She passed away on Thursday, November 26, 2020 in Oklahoma City, at the age of 85 years, 1 month and 11 days. Mary and O.D. “Corky” Crawford were married on August 21, 1954 in Hardesty, OK. From this marriage was born three children, Joan, Cliff and Jimmy.

Most of her married life, Mary worked outside the home. She worked as a telephone operator, worked in a dry-cleaners, part owner in a riding stable, secretary at Kilgore Chevrolet in Hooker, as well as worked as the City Clerk for the City of Hooker. While living 40 years in Hooker, Mary & Corky made many dear friends.

After retiring, she and Corky enjoyed 20 years of fulltime RVing. Traveling was truly her passion as she and Corky traveled to many places until she entered the nursing home.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband Corky of Hennepin; daughter, Joan Hidalgo & husband Ronnie of Hennepin; two sons, Cliff Crawford & wife Debbie of Mounds, OK and Jimmy Crawford & wife Stephanie of Sand Springs, OK; six grandchildren, four step-grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren; as well as a host of many dear friends.

In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by three siblings.

Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Cliff Crawford, Jimmy Crawford, Ronnie Hidalgo, Kasi Stotts, Cody Crawford, Ryan Hidalgo, Rocky Hidalgo and Kyle Crawford,
