Pablo Quistian



Pablo was born Jun 30, 1945 in San Luis Potosi, Mexico to Antonio & Eusebia Quistian. He died Saturday, Nov 21, 2015 in Oklahoma City, at the age of 70 years 4 months & 21 days. He and Vivian Sue (Ashford) were married on Oct 1, 1999 in Gainesville, TX.

Pablo grew up in San Luis. At the age of 22, he came to America and began working in construction in Texas. Later he moved to Purcell, OK where he worked as a ranch hand for Jerry Wells. In 1971, Pablo moved to the Sulphur area to take a job as a ranch hand with the Goddard Ranch. Currently, he was working in maintenance for the Chickasaw Telephone Co. In his spare time, Pablo enjoyed wood crafting, being with his family, caring for animals and eating.

Survivors include his wife Vivian; mother, Eusebia Quistian; two daughters, Ma’Matilda Quistian and Humberta Quistian; two sons, Natalio Quistian & wife Ortencia Romero and Bryan Quistian & wife Cindy; one step-daughter, Kimberly Watson; one step-son, Jeremy Watson & wife Julie; 16 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; as well as four siblings, Jose Isabel Quistian, Anastacia Quistian, Ma’Socorro Quistian & Lucia Quistian.

Pablo was preceded in death by his father and one son, Santos.
