Paul Richard Goshorn

Paul R. Goshorn, 90, of Sulphur, OK, passed away on October 28, 2022, at the Arbuckle Memorial Hospital. A memorial service will be held Friday, November 4, 2022, at 3:00PM, at the Hale’s Memorial Chapel in Sulphur.

Paul was born April 1, 1932, in Wellsville, Missouri to William and Carrie Goshorn. He has been a resident of Sulphur, since 1983. Paul retired from T&W Tire in 1994. He continued selling tires part-time in Southern Texas while he and his wife spent their winters there.

He is survived by his wife Maxine, whom he married on February 21, 1976, in Montgomery City, MO; three children, Sharon Rae Fugate & husband Brad, Randy Paul Goshorn & wife Micky, and Karen Lynn Reese & husband Brett. He also has five stepchildren, Sharon Henke, Janis Lamb, Todd Lamb & wife Nola, Kim Russom & husband George, and Bret Lamb & wife Colleen, and 22 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.

Paul was preceded in death by one daughter, Carolyn Ann Smith, one grandson Brandon Lamb, his parents, and three brothers.
