Pauline Lois Tate

Pauline Lois Tate was born April 4, 1929 to Moses N. and Ivy (Richardson) Lawrence in Wynnewood, Oklahoma. She died Thursday, November 1, 2012 in Sulphur, Oklahoma at the age of 83 years 6 months and 27 days.

Pauline and C. E. “Tinker” Tate were married April 9, 1953 in Wynnewood, Oklahoma. She worked for many years as a nurse in Dr. Morton Clinic in Sulphur.

She was preceded in death by brothers, Cody Lawrence and Orvall Lawrence; and sisters, Beatrice Weeks and Lottie Gates.

Pauline is survived by her husband, Tinker; nieces, Shirley McBride and husband, Carl, Nancy Todd, Brenda Howard and husband, Wayland, Virginia Lee, husband, Bill, Linda Davis and husband, Randy, Patsy McCarley and husband, Bob, Ginger Hinson and husband, Mark, and LeVeta Horton and husband, Durwin; nephews, Grover Jones, James Jones, Mike Tate, Bobby Weeks and wife, Linda, Leland Weeks and wife, Charlotte, Dwight Lawrence, Richard Gates and Gerald Gates; great nephews and nieces, Darren and Zoraya Palmer, Paula and Randy Neal, Julie and Albert Stahl, Gary and Michelle McBride, Jeff and Julie Howard and Cheryl and Jay Goin.
