Graveside services for Randall Joe “Randy” Wakefield will be held 2:00 PM Thursday, March 31, 2016 at the El Reno Cemetery in El Reno, OK with Darrel Witten and Dean Horton officiating.

Randy was born on June 27, 1954 in Wichita Falls, TX to the late Virgil William & Mildred Kathleen (Hurt) Wakefield. He passed away Friday, Mar 25, 2016 in Prague, at the age of 61 years 8 months and 28 days.

Randy grew up in Mustang where he graduated high school in 1972. He later attended Oklahoma State University, receiving a bachelor’s degree in accounting in 1976. Randy worked for Champion Oil as an accountant until failing health forced him to retire. He greatly enjoyed music, cars and fishing with his Dad.

Randy is survived by aunts, Eileen King of El Reno, Gwen Luschen of Prague and Una Miller & husband Charles of Mansfield, TX; as well as numerous cousins.

Preceding Randy in death were his parents and one brother, Dennis Lee Wakefield.

Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Mike Yates, Max Yates, Dan Luschen and Gerald Luschen.
