Funeral Services for Ruth Drusilla (Price) Hall Johnston will be held 11:00 AM, Saturday, Mar 3, 2012 at the First United Methodist Church of Davis with Pastor Ben Williams officiating. Interment will follow in the Green Hill Cemetery.

Drusilla, at age the age of 98, was reunited with her loving parents Charles and Bettie Price, 10 siblings, her first husband Roy Hall and her second husband Fred Johnston in heaven on February 22, 2012.
She was born on February 1, 1914 in Murray County, OK and lived in Davis, until she married Roy Hall in 1938, then moved to Old Hickory, TN. During World War II, Roy joined the United States Navy and moved the family to San Diego, CA, where Drusilla served the country manufacturing warplanes. After the war, the family moved to Cross City, FL where they owned and operated the Florida Motel until 1975 when Roy died. Drusilla moved back to her beloved Davis, where she became very active in the Methodist Church, the Eastern Star and the Davis Historic Society. She married Fred Johnston in 1981 and began enjoying camping, fishing and traveling. After the death of Fred in 2007, Drusilla’s health began to decline and at age 96 she moved back to Cross City to live her daughter Charlotte Sabback.
She is survived by her daughter Charlotte Sabback & husband Fred; step-daughters, Ortha Mae Nelson, Beth Rose Bross & husband Orval, Virginia Meek, and Paulette Johnson; three grandchildren Belinda Rice, Freddy Sabback & wife Jeanie and Shannon Ellison & husband Richard; five great-grandchildren Jeremy Rice & wife Brenda, Ashley Rice, Kristen Ellison, Riley and Bailey Sabback; five great-great grandchildren Hannah, Kendall, Kylie & Mallory Rice and Charlotte Mizner; as well as numerous step grandchildren, step great grandchildren and step great-great grandchildren
