Sean Aaron Counts

Sean was born September 11, 1968 in Tucson, AZ to the late Allen Lee & Thelma Fay (Fisher) Counts. He died Monday, February 27, 2017 in Sulphur, at the age of 48.

At the age of four, Sean moved to Dougherty with his family. He attended elementary school in Dougherty and later attended high school in Sulphur. Throughout his adult life he worked at several area rock quarries and construction companies. In his spare time he enjoyed being outdoors hunting and fishing. He also enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Sean was a member of the Dougherty Baptist Church.

Survivors include two daughters, Larnessa Counts of Dougherty and Mackenzie Counts of Sulphur; three sisters, Kathy Burleson, Kelly Preast and Patty Weldon; three brothers, Darrell, Justin and Kevin Counts; as well as numerous nieces, nephews & cousins.

In addition to his parents, Sean was preceded in death by his son, Allen and one sister, Alice Weldon.

Serving as honorary bearers will be Mike Koch, Andrew Edwards, Dave Pearl & Barry Cheek.
