Thomas Wayne Brantley, Ii

July 7, 2003 — May 23, 2022

Thomas Wayne Brantley, II was born July 7, 2003, in Ardmore, to Thomas Wayne Brantley and Gina Rae Johnson. He found eternal peace on Monday, May 23, 2022, in Ada, at the age of 18 years, 10 months and 16 days.

Thomas grew up in Ada. He attended elementary and middle school at Byng. At the beginning of his nineth grade year, Thomas elected to home school, which allowed him to complete his high school education early, as well as do concurrent enrollment classes with Murray State College in Tishomingo. Thomas was a very bright, intelligent young man. He loved all aspects of electronic arts, including movies, playing the piano and above all, video games. This love began at the age he could first hold a gaming controller. He was a lover of music, which was where he found his peace. Thomas loved the theory of being outdoors in nature but detested it in most practical forms. He was a very private person and respected the privacy of others. He was full of a never-ending string of the most random questions imaginable and yearned to learn all he could. Thomas was a member of the Ada Baptist Temple, where he developed an unwavering love for his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. At the time of his death, he was employed as a Cash Cage and Floor Attendant for the Chickasaw Nations Gaming Division.
