Funeral services for Tommy Lynn Dilbeck will be held 2:00 PM, Wednesday, October 21, 2020 at the Crossway First Baptist Church in Sulphur, with Pastor Bill Leveridge and Alvin Boan, Jr. officiating. Interment will follow at the Oaklawn Cemetery in Sulphur.

Tommy was born February 2, 1964 in Wynnewood, OK to Tommy Lee and Marian (Adams) Dilbeck. He went to be with the Lord on Friday, October 16, 2020 in Dallas, TX, at the age of 56 years, 10 months and 14 days. Tommy married Liz Harden on June 12, 1987 in Gainesville, TX. From this marriage, they were blessed with two amazing sons, Dillon and Chase.

Tommy grew up in Perry, OK, moving to Sulphur his freshman year of high school. Following high school, he spent several years working in the oil field, prior to driving a truck for some 20 years. After leaving the trucking industry, Tommy returned to the oil field industry, where he spent the rest of his working career employed by Buddy Wood and his companies. Tommy also owned and operated Arbuckle Towing for several years.

Tommy was an avid fan of OU Football and NASCAR. He enjoyed working cattle with his friend Tony and especially enjoyed mowing his lawn. Tommy was a very proud father, attending every sporting event his sons participated in.

Survivors include his loving wife Liz; two sons, Dillon Dilbeck and Chase Dilbeck & fiancé Lexi Williams; his “mother”, Marian Sharber of Sulphur; his “mom”, Mary Dilbeck of Sulphur; two brothers, Clint Dilbeck & wife Nancy and Shawn Sharber, both of Sulphur; five sisters, Lynda Grisham of Sulphur, Mary Lovett of McAlester, Misty Rockford of Sulphur, LaChelle Whitis of Missouri and “Baby Sister” LeAndra Cox & husband Danny of Sulphur; step brother, Nathan Sharber; his “in-laws from Liz’ side of the family”, Darrell & Kay Lackey, Alvin & Ruthie Boan, Jim & Dee Christie and his driving buddy, Sable Harden, Jr.; numerous nieces and nephews; as well as his very dear friend, whom he revered as a brother, Tony Daniels & wife Tanya of Sulphur and their family.

Tommy was preceded in death by his two dads, Tom Dilbeck and Doyle Sharber; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Sable and Judy Harden; step-brother, Shannon Sharber; and niece, Nissa Daniels.

Serving as pallbearers will be Dillon Dilbeck, Chase Dilbeck, Shiloh Jones, Virgil Riddle, Ryan Marney and Ryan Peters. Honorary bearers will be Tony Daniels and Buddy Wood.
