Carolyn Sue Proctor was born November 29, 1944 in Levy, AR to the late Henry & Elsie McWhorter. She died Friday, September 13, 2024, in Oklahoma City, at the age of 79. She and David Lee Proctor were united in marriage September 24, 1996, in Sweetwater, TX. He preceded her in death on September 19, 2023.
