Chance Colvy Foster

Chance Colvy Foster was born January 21, 1992, in Pauls Valley, OK, to LaVoy Dale & Stacey Lachelle (Freeman) Foster. He died on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, in Hobart, at the age of thirty-four.

Chance grew up in Davis, graduating from Davis High School, Class of 2011. While in high school he was active in wrestling, which led him to later train in Jujitsu and MMA fighting throughout his life. Ater high school, Chance continued his education at East Central University prior to him working in construction, and most recently in the HVAC industry.

Chance was Chance. He lived life on his own terms, and with a free spirit. He loved deeply and would do anything he could for his family and friends. If you needed someone in your corner or to have your back, Chance was your guy. In his free time, he enjoyed working out, lifting weights and spending time with his family and friends.

Survivors include parents, LaVoy & Stacey Foster of Davis; one brother, Choice Foster & wife Heather; paternal grandmother, Lola Mae Foster; maternal grandmother, Bernie Heironimus; and Nathan Cates & Shannon Maldonado, whom he thought of as his siblings.

Chance was preceded in death by grandfathers David Freeman, Marion Leo Foster, and Walter Heironimus.

A visitation for family and friends will be held from 4:00 to 6:00PM, on Thursday, March 26th at Hale's Funeral Home in Davis.

Services are entrusted to Hale's Funeral Home of Davis.
