Christopher Michael Williams

Christopher Michael Williams was born on August 28, 1983, in Leavenworth, KS. He died on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, north of Davis, from injuries received in an automobile accident. He was 42 years old.

Christopher, better known by family and friends as "Chris", grew up in Kansas City, KS. After high school he began scrapping metal. Be it a vehicle, metal building or any type of junk made of metal, Chris was on it. He enjoyed his work and made it fun. In addition to scrapping metal, he also worked as an auto mechanic. Chris loved spending quality time with his two sons working on cars.

Chris was never one to set idle. He was always building things or working on something. In his spare time, he enjoyed cruising the backroads and listening to old country music, as well as painting, drawing, and tattoo work.

Survivors include his two sons, Ryan Williams & companion Katelynn Taylor, and Clinton Williams, both of Sulphur; two grandchildren, Cylas & Waylon Williams; his mother, Melba (Elrod) Herrera & husband Albert of Sulphur; his father, Michael D. Williams, Sr. & wife Julie of Nebraska; three brothers, Michael Williams, Jr & wife Shawna, Jarrett Williams, and Joshua Williams & wife Kamryn; the mother of his two sons, Tanya Kolich; as well as three nephews, Jayden, Jeremiah & Matthew Williams; and three nieces, Shanelia, Juliana and Oaklyn Williams. Chris was awaiting the birth of his third grandchild.

Chris was preceded in death by his girlfriend, Heather Johle, who died in the accident with him.

Memorial services for Chris will be held at 1:00PM, on Wednesday, June 3rd, 2026, at Hale's Memorial Chapel, in Davis. Pastor Willard McCartney, Jr will officiate the service.
