Clarance Charles “Charlie” Lanoy

Graveside services for Clarance Charles “Charlie” Lanoy, of Mustang, will be held 2:00 PM, Wednesday, Feb 6, 2013 at the Green Hill Cemetery with Clifton Lanoy officiating.

Charlie was born Sept 16, 1940 in Davis to the late Clarence & Dorthy (Cottrell) Lanoy. He died Sunday, Feb 3, 2013 in Oklahoma City, at the age of 72 years 4 months and 17 days. Charlie and Hazel Lee Knight were married on July 4, 1981 in Davis.

Charlie grew up the Davis area where he graduated from high school. He spent 40 plus years working in the aspholt industry. Charlie enjoyed fishing, golfing and working on cars. He cherished his family and enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.

Survivors include his wife Hazel; daughter, Crystal Wellner & husband Joseph of Waynette; two sons, Bobby Lee & wife Janet of Mustang and Gary Fry & wife Vanessa of Moore; seven grandchildren, Eain Kayler, C.J. Lee, Dennis Lee, Austin Fry, Jacob Fry, Alissa Fry and Stacy Kramer

Charlie was preceded in death by one son, Terry Lanoy and one brother, Wayne Lanoy.
