Omegia Lovonia Lee, age 91, of Davis, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully on July 29, 2026.
Omegia was born on June 15, 1935, to Florence Nora (Berry) Towler and John Baxter Towler. She attended schools in Stratford and Wynnewood, Oklahoma. On May 20, 1955, she married the love of her life, Arlin "Tuffy" Lee, and together they built a life centered on faith, family, hard work, and serving others.
A devoted wife and loving mother, Omegia dedicated her life to caring for those around her. She was an exceptionally talented seamstress whose skill and craftsmanship blessed countless family members, friends, and neighbors over the years. She also opened her heart and home as a foster parent, providing love and stability to children in need.
Omegia was a Baptist by faith and lived her life guided by kindness, compassion, and a servant's heart. She was an active member of the Murray County Antique Tractor and Implement Association and the Odd Fellows and Rebekah Association, where she enjoyed fellowship and lasting friendships.
For the last nine and a half years of her life, Omegia made her home at Burford Manor Nursing Home, where she was blessed with compassionate caregivers who became an important part of her journey. Her family is deeply grateful for the kindness, dignity, and care she received there. They also extend their heartfelt appreciation to the staff of Good Shepherd Hospice for the comfort, support, and compassionate care they provided during her final day.
She is survived by her daughters, Arlinda Elkins, Amanda Rogers and husband Darin, and Amy Tinney; her grandchildren, Brian Spencer, Sheila Burton, Kasi Rogers, Bryson Rogers, Ashlee Tinney, and Kynlee Tinney; five great-grandchildren Anastasia, Apollo, Alexis, Karsyn and Kolt, and many beloved nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Arlin "Tuffy" Lee; her son, John Randall Lee; her parents, and her siblings.
Graveside services will be held at 10:00 AM, Monday, August 3, 2026, at the Oaklawn Cemetery, in Sulphur. Pastor Willard McCartney, Jr will officiate the service.
Serving as pallbearers will be Darin Rogers, Bryson Rogers, Brian Spencer, Dale Tinney, Jim Knight, and Kevin Lee.
Omegia will be remembered for her unwavering love for her family, her generous heart, her remarkable talent as a seamstress, and the quiet strength and grace with which she lived her life. Her legacy of love, faith, and service will continue through the many lives she touched and the family she cherished so deeply.
