Rachel Liann Gilbert

Rachel was born Nov 16, 1985 in Pauls Valley, OK to Joe & Lisa (Foster) Gilbert. She died Wednesday, May 21, 2014, in Oklahoma City, at the age of 28 year 6 months & 5 days.
Rachel was a 2004 graduate of Sulphur High School. She was very much a people person and cherished her time being with friends and family. She enjoyed listening to music and throwing things, whether it was the remote control, a ball or a piece of paper. Rachel was happiest when being around babies.
Survivors include her mother, Lisa (Foster) Ivey & husband Mark of Hennepin; father, Joe Gilbert & wife Terry of Ardmore; sisters, Aimee Gilbert and Karlee Ivey; brother, Jonathan Gilbert; step-brothers, Larry & Jeremy Carter; maternal grandmother, Margie Foster of Hennepin; special friend, Amie Cloyd; as well as, numerous aunts, uncle, cousins and friends.
Rachel was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Hal Foster; paternal grandparents W.A. & Juanice Gilbert; great-grandmother, Marie Garrett; uncle, Tim Foster and cousin, Robby Foster.
