Services for Ruby Jewel Easley will be held 1:00PM, Thursday, Oct 23, 2014 at the United Pentecostal Church, in Sulphur, OK. with Rev. Ron Austin officiating.

Jewel was born Dec 13, 1931 in Lafayette, AR to the late Walter B. & Florence (Marksbarry) Sise. She died Sunday, Oct 19, 2014 in Sulphur, at the age of 82 years 10 months and 6 days.

Jewel grew up in the Katie area. She & her family made their home in Paoli for 10 years, prior to moving to Davis in the late 1960’s. Her hobbies included sewing, knitting, crocheting and cooking. Jewel was a member of the United Pentecostal Church.

Survivors include two daughters, Judy Shiplett & husband Norman and Lisa Barnes & husband Steve; one son, Martin Easley, all of Davis; as well as six grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren & three great-great grandchildren.

Jewel was preceded in death by two daughters, Tina (Easley) Brown & Ruby Gay (Easley) McBride; one grandson, Chad Barnes; and two brothers, J.D. & W.B. Sise.
